Wrestling With Wregret- It's nice to know that around 12:57-13:00, I wasn't the only one on the face of the Earth referring to John Laurinaitis as "John Laryngitis". That part gave me a chuckle, by the way... I first started calling him that sometime in mid-2011.

Y'know it's promotions like WXO that make me realize how good AEW was when it was getting going. Not saying it's bad now btw, but they had to be really, really good to get the TV deal and keep themselves on air for longer than a few tapings.

Thank you for this episode. I always wondered what happened to wxo. It came on sunday mornings, and I thought it had a chance by bringing in dan severen. I totally thought they wer going to put the belt on him and have him run counter champion to the current champs of ecw wwf and wcw, I think the rival champs were triple h, mike awesome, and either goldberg or ddp.

You know I thought this was gonna be another promotion I had no idea about. But as it turns out I actually caught a match from this on a local station while channel surfing one day. I distinctly remember it was Maniac Manny Fernandez or, if I'm being honest, the green Goldust. The weirdo sure did like to do that corner post gag. In this match he did it, smiled, and worked his hips with pleasure in that he likes crushing his nuts. I'll give it to the guy, he did leave enough of an impression for me to remember him.

I tape traded for WXO episodes in the early 2000s, my friend and I were looking for footage of WCW Saturday Night jobbers and man, we got it. First thing we heard was "Barry Darsow just pushed Mike Enos into Barry Horowitz!" I can't remember if you mentioned it but the best part was Al Green is in the bathroom taking a shit, Darsow is pounding on the door yelling THEY'RE IN THE RING RIGHT NOW YOU GOTTA HURRY UP AND GET THEM about some guys they were planning to jump. That Steiner "FAT!" cut... hilarious. I rarely crack up at stuff when I'm watching it alone but you did it. Good work.
