The human body makes 80-100% of the cholesterol you have in your body. All animals need cholesterol to exist and function in general
@gaviota-sibila10938 ай бұрын
@@tylerpurrden While we need cholesterol, we don’t need to eat any, our bodies produce all the cholesterol we need unless you have a very rare disease. For a good number of people, dietary cholesterol increases their blood cholesterol levels which promotes cardiovascular disease so it’s best to limit egg consumption. For people with a poor diet and limited access to a variety of nutritious foods, eggs can be very beneficial. So the healthfulness of an egg depends on context.

Normally when I see a tasty looking recipe online, I want to make it but decide against it since I don't have all the ingredients, it's too difficult, time-consuming, etc. Not this one. I have never successfully fried an egg before, but I was able to make this recipe no problem and it was SO TASTY. I didn't have avocado, so I just spread the spicy sauce directly onto some naan. It was still a 10/10. I also made some for my mom, same way, except I replaced the spicy sauce with ketchup since sometimes even pepper is too much for her. I'm someone who is perpetually running late, so if I had time to make breakfast for 2 people AND clean up, yk it can be made quickly.

If you’re struggling to fry an egg, pan might not be hot enough. To fry and egg you got to let pan heat up a few minutes at least. You can do the water droplet test: wet your hand a little and splash tiny droplets of water onto pan. If water “floats” around pan then it is hot enough. If water simply evaporates away, its not hot enough. At these temps, you’re better off using oil for a crispy egg since butter will burn/splatter. Also you can get a sort of mix if you cook the egg in butter, but drizzle some oil on edges of egg for a crispy outer ring.

Poor man's alter version: 1.) Grab a slice of bread, poke a hole in it with your finger or cut a small circle. About the size of an egg yolk (you can eat the circle bread piece) 2.) Butter your bread on both sides and grab a pan. 3.) put bread in pan and while the pan is heating up, grab an egg. 4.) once pan has heated up, add more butter into the pan (for the egg), and crack the egg into bread circle. 5.) let it cook for 3 to 5 minutes (however long you want to cook your egg), then flip the now egg bread onto the other side. Let the other side finish cooking, then enjoy. 6.) optional: add cheese on top.

I got a microwave egg cooker and it’s literally saved my life because 55 seconds(my perfect cooked level) I can cook an egg and there’s no pan to clean, just a little container. It makes soft poached eggs and depending on how long you microwave for you can adjust the amount of runniness. Highly recommend for my fellow adhd peeps who hate dishes and forget to eat. You could even take it to work, just put an egg in your lunch and throw out the egg shells in the lunchroom compost/trash (or even put the shells in a tupperware to take home if you cant dispose of them at work). You’ll need some salt to add to the bottom of the container and a fork to break the yolk before the microwave. I got mine from a meal kit subscription box but it’s called an egg poacher apparently

it seems to not be healthy to cook eggs in a microwave,so you better not make it too often…i stopped doing it when i understood it's not healthy…boiled eggs are very easy and in the fridge they can stay for a few days unpeeled in a tupperware… fried or scrumbled eggs are easy too…french toast in a pan or pancakes are not so difficult too…you can also change the ingredients of the pancakes and make your own mixture using oatmeal and fruits, eggs, some milk or yoghurt, could even try cheese version too…might sound a lot of work,but you can make more and freeze it, and whenever you'd like to eat it just take 1or 2 frozen and put it in the microwave and it's ready to eat😊you can make them as big/wide as you wish, and for better rising just mix some baking soda and a little vinegar at the end just before you fry it in the pan...could use a little butter or coconuts oil or olive oil…you can also preheat in the same way the frozen ones too, depending on your preferance…just suggesting😊
@ViciousTuna20122 ай бұрын
@@tb3thankyou6659There's absolutely nothing unhealthy about cooking eggs in the microwave. All a microwave does is excite the water molecules in food to make them wiggle faster. This heats them up. It's simply microwave radiation, as opposed to the infrared radiation your oven or stove uses. It's not friggin Gamma radiation, lol. The microwave does nothing to your food but heat it up, and possibly dry it out lol.
