Hi I've worked there almost a decade and have been involved in demo over the years, the lentils mixed with crumbled feta and the fresh bruschetta is a 10/10 lazy snack dip, sandwich topper, side dish etc etc so so good

OMG I’m obsessed. I followed this as a basic recipe and then made variations with the spices and greens (in place of the scallions) and have been going to town with flavoring my Mayo because I don’t have kewpie Mayo. I have been having this same recipe everyday for breakfast but it feels like a different meal every time. Thank you so much for the recipe. You have a loyal subscriber in me now.

I die a little bit for the person I meet when they tell me they don’t care too much about food. As a food enthusiast, my heart stops a bit when people tell me they can eat the same bland meals everyday😳. One time my colleague told me she would be content with eating scrambled eggs and oatmeal for every meal of her life ☠️. Just like how the world is so colorful and diverse, there are so many cultural cuisines, fruits, grains, and vegetables to try! So many combinations to play with! Consuming good food with great company is one thing most cultures share. Of course, we can never force our interests on others. We can only hope that people can see the beautiful possibilities in life to enhance their health, enjoyment, and quality of life.

Your meals are always so great, tho I’m a person from a country where rice and beans are served with every means, think you can help out us people that are used to big home cooked meals with some recipes? Even if it’s a little “longer” it would still help so many of us out

"the dressing does not take away from the nutrients in the salad" Who thinks that? Why on earth would that be?

This egg dish is reaaaallyyy delicious and simple but you gotta cook a lot at once to make it worth the time hahahah (and also bcs you will eat all of them in short period of time :))

Can most people just enjoy and digest raw green onion? My stomach just spasms like crazy. Raw is worse than cooked. Brown onion is worse than green onion. I assume it's the fructans. Same for garlic.

That's more of a slaw to me than a salad because of the cabbages. Raw cabbage just isn't good as a salad base. Yuck
