How about tissue?
@HungryThuli4 жыл бұрын
@@O123-d9w Well yeah obviously toilet paper is ok, just not the wipes. Toilet tissue is weak enough that it degrades quickly in water. Although I remember I went to Corfu in Greece once, and the plumbing on the place wasn't very good, so they told us that you couldnt flush paper and you had to bin it 🤢, but unless you're in a very rural area toilet paper is fine. If you mean like cough tissues though then idk, just use the toilet roll that's designed to flush to be safe
@jclyntoledo2 жыл бұрын
The funny thing is I told my old roomie this and they refused to listen. I even pointed out the contradictory messaging bc in the back it also said in small letters that flushing any wipes isn't recommended and can cause clogging. I was like the only difference is flushable wipes are smaller that's it. But having a trash can in the bathroom just for wipes was apparently "too much" and "disgusting" 😐. Like dude but when ppl have babies they don't flush the wipes, it goes in the genie trash thing for a reason. I swear ppl listen to the false msgs in marketing even when it doesn't make sense.
@kiribee20424 жыл бұрын
There is no such thing as a flushable wipe!! It never breaks down. No wipes should go in the toilet, the same with tampons, pads, condoms, etc. Of course use the wipes, but put them in the bin!!!

Can we take a moment to appreciate the calm voice of the Dr?
@aurora42184 жыл бұрын
Soooo flushable wipes aren't actually flushable. They might not get stuck in your toilet, but they do a lot of damage to the sewers. So feel free to use them, but throw them in the trash after, not the toilet.

My husband and I have the same approach, entirely by accident. We both love post sex intimacy so for a few minutes we kiss and cuddle and we share our reactions about how it was. We try not to stay in bed too long otherwise we fall asleep before cleaning up (oops)...so either I get up first or he does, we clean up and we come back and cuddle, either crash or pillow talk.

I've been seeing a lot of comments about flushable wipes and, as a textile student, I want to clear up some things. Flushable wipes (generally) are biodegradable, yes. However, they break down at a much slower rate than toilet paper and can cause issues with septic systems if a plethora exists. That being said, if you use them and throw them in the bin, you can rest assured that they will breakdown in landfills without a significant environmental impact.

In my last relationship our after sex routine as having toilet roll /baby wipes at hand to do a quick clean up then go separately to the bathroom to pee and clean properly. When we then lived together in our own place we would then go to the toilet together and often shower together and wash each other as a replacement for 'bed cuddles' while still being intmate and caring for each other. It was never a conscious decision to do this, it just naturally fell into place

(planet Care) (the green new deal) Short Answer: Wet wipes can clog and damage your septic system. Even "septic safe" or "flushable" wet wipes are not always safe for septic systems.Besides causing clogs, wipes can actually damage wastewater equipment. the Bottom line is don't flush them put them in the bathroom trash Can or waste basket. Hey Shan - just discovered your channel a few weeks ago and you are awesome! I love your approach to discussing these topics. You speak about after-sex needs in this video... do you have one regarding establishing what a relationship is? Like, one of those conversations that probably should be had, but both parties don't really do that? E.g. a FWB type thing that then becomes something deeper, stops for a reason, then goes back to physicality but there is still a hell of a lot of depth there.
