thank you so much. I finally shifted from eating out of a place of hate for my body, to shifting to asking myself, "how would I eat if I had love and respect for my body?" It changes the way I eat, how I eat, etc.

Thank you for advocating for treating yourself with love and care. I see so many influencers posting to have these specific and extreme diets and its so overwhelming. I love that youre telling us to eat a balance of everything, thank you. As a teenager I restricted my food and now as an adult I am trying to feel good and look good while maintaining a good mindset and enjoying my life.

Sometimes, the key to losing weight is not restricting more, but giving your body what it truly needs. Focus on nourishing and balancing, not stressing over numbers! 🌱💪

Hello Lucie, I’ve been hospital over Christmas with Crohn’s disease and have been sent home with a low fibre diet. It’s everything I hate about food: bland, beige food with no flavour. I’m just relying on slimming powder food just to get some nutrients inside me as I just cannot be bothered with such a limiting diet.😢

Sometimes, if I eat too little -- I get "backed up." Not pleasant at all and I gain a few lbs.

Hey Lucie I have watched your vids all thru 2024 and you’ve helped me learn to not feel guilty eating the soul foods that I enjoy alongside healthy foods. One thing I still struggle with is, due to the stress Ive been under lately, it’s hard to feel satisfied even when I allow both foods. Advice??

I'm so glad my videos could be helpful! Maybe my video on eating when stressed can help: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qZLGpqqrj8dgoZosi=z4C8_t0HD9htG2lJ

Hi Lucy, I find your channel incredibly helpful and have really enjoyed following the recipes I purchased from you and watching your videos. As a sugar addict, I’m struggling to find the best approach to manage my cravings. Do you think mindful eating could work in this situation, or would total abstinence, similar to the approach for alcohol addiction, be more effective? I’d really appreciate your advice. Thank you!

So glad my content can be helpful!! I really don't recommend cutting out sugar completely which can trigger overeating because of the restriction- maybe this video can help: kzbin.info/www/bejne/i6mVXoR4r9uFeM0si=xX0LaWsGLsxWcACg

Can setting meal times trigger binge eating? Whenever I tell myself that i can not eat for the next 4 hours after i have just eaten I suddenly become faster hungry and cant feel fulness. What is your tips? Should I stop setting meal times and just eat when i am hungry?
@Edukalebylucie29 күн бұрын
It can trigger a bit of a restrictive feeling if you frame it as "can't eat for 4 hours". If your schedule allows it, you could try eating when hungry regardless of meal times! Or at least be a bit more flexible with it

Love your videos and am one of your biggest supporters Would just ask, perhaps, for a focus more back to health and happiness w food vs weight loss / which, I know, you have always mostly focused on anyway in the past I just would hate the channel to all of a sudden turn into more of a weight loss than health channel You are my go to health guru nutritionist person because of your common sense approach

The content inside the videos is the same (*not* trying to lose weight fast intentionally, but being healthy and happy with a good relationship with food)! I just market it differently title-wise to appeal to a wider audience. I made a video explaining this more in detail here if you're interested: kzbin.info/www/bejne/Y6bXgnx5i9mEaNk And of course I'll keep the other videos coming as well💕
