Just know that you are so strong for putting yourself first and sticking to your boundaries. You will get through this and will find someone to love and care for you the way you want. Just take it one day at a time

You should be so proud of yourself. You put you and your feelings first and that is such a hard thing to do when we are in these situations. I know it may feel wrong but I promise you that it’s the best thing you can do. You will move on and heal and when you are ready, find someone who will love and adore you the way you deserve to be.

I love this..I needed assurance coz I'm currently going through the same thing.he broke up with via text and then I just "ok" and never looked back.been in no contact ever since..it's been almost a month now and am doing better everyday,just focusing on my own life.
