Can I eat farmer cheese with sour cream during 2 week wait period , and when trying to conceive ?

Can you please tell more about why no high dose of Vitamin E? One of my providers (that I’m not currently seeing) recommended a higher dose of vitamin E after my ruptured ectopic pregnancy a year ago to help support my healing & support the one healthy tube I have left. I’d like more info on this!

I am currently in the 2week wait period. Could I eat baked salmon without skin? And how about pasteurized cheese?
@NourishwithMelanie2 жыл бұрын
Yes both salmon and pasteurised cheese are safe. However, if choosing soft cheeses such as brie and camembert, it is recommended to cook/bake them to further reduce the risk of listeria. Hi Melanie. Is it okay to do intermittent fasting for 16 hours in 2 week wait or you advise to reduce it. Let me know please
@NourishwithMelanie Жыл бұрын
I would suggest you don't fast during the 2 week wait.

I can’t have dairy , what else can I have in place of dairy??
@NourishwithMelanie2 жыл бұрын
There are many dairy alternatives available on the market now :) My advice would be to look out for products that have been fortified with calcium and have added protein.
