This is a critical component of a good application and directly influences the visa officer to approve or refuse your application.
Employment letter must include all the required components as indicated + also provide proof of salary/remuneration.

Hi Kubeir. Your videos are amazing and real helpful for aspirants like us. Thankyou. I have few clarifications wrt proof of work experience letter . I have worked for two different companies and now working in the third company (all full time) wherein my previous employers are reluctant to provide the reference letter as per format required by IRCC although they would provide a reference letter mentioning name, roles & responsibilities,skillset with my immediate manager’s signature. However, the working hours details will not be included in this letter and hence I was planning to attach all other relevant documents such as my offer letter/appointment letter + recent compensation letter which shows the package and other salary benefits + payslips which shows the total amount drawn in each other. Can you please check and let me know if this much information would suffice?

She did M-Tech (ECE). but her experience has been in my proprietorship firm of a computer and electronics service centre for the last 6 years. from the last 2 years’ salary credited to her account from my business account. Our professional clients can give her appreciation and reference letters. Is it a valid experience in the spouse’s firm or a conflict of interest?

Sir if our employer can not provide us a recent reference letter can we give to ircc an old reference letter which include first day of work salary job description….etc and giving t4 and pay stubs and a record of employement from service canada which include the last day of work ???

Is it for people from outside canada or inside canada ? For inside canada I feel only job employment letter is enough . No need for any other proofs , like paystubs and t4’s I feel .
