Hey ya'll! I wanted to show you all a few of my favorite Fall and Winter outfits. In this video I share some tips and things I've learned about dressing with an ostomy. DO NOT limit yourself, or think you can't wear cute clothes. Go rock those cute jeans, and where WHATEVER YOU WANT!

Thank you for a great video on these fashion ideas. I used to just wear jeans and a shirt pre-ostomy. I wore my first jeans a week ago (3 months post op) and had no problems. But had a leak with the 2nd pair the other day. I have been wearing mostly dresses and tunics with leggings since my colostomy, and recently been getting the tops that are longer in the front. I'm still trying to learn how to wear these new to me styles. They just seem to not look right on me. I know, wear them with confidence 🙂.

Good stuff! I also shop at those places but mostly - CVS - yep - CVS! I get super soft $7 leggings & long tunics! Great quality too! They’ve got wide leg & leggin style yoga pants and Jeggins as well 😊 Best of all - the CVS rewards card does a LOT of 20 - 40% off coupons so I NEVER pay full price! 😎

My mom was just diagnosed with colorectal cancer, her treatment starts on the 19th chemo and radiation...then surgery to remove the tumor after it has shrunk. But she will most likely need an ostomy bag after, thank you for the help.

I’m new to the bag life. I notice that my bag fills with a lot of air and I worry about wearing tighter stuff that will flatten it out. Won’t that cause issues?

I carry a little to go kit in my purse that has all the supplies I need in it similar to what some women keep make up in 😊

Wow! Talk abt God timing. Just got back from shopping for clothes came back empty handed bcuz dresses, blouses, I liked were thin material & ostomy application was visible. How do you spell the small elastic item you mention Walmart has 2 help conceal ostomy? Thank you.
