To be honest (in my opinion) mental training is mostly a waste of time.. (except in rare cases with beginners with zero awareness or elite divers needing a 0.5% edge over their competitors) For most divers, there's no need to do mental training if you aren't actively GENERATING mental problems with poorly organized training or by training extremely hard.. Training at the correct difficulty level, and with correct balance will by default generate all of the proper mental adaptations that freedivers need. That's just my 2 cents, but my diving, (mental aspects) has drastically improved since dropping 'mental training' and focusing on doing correct freedive training.
