I love using red lentils to make bread. Eat it by itself, as a wrap, or for pizza. I like adding a limitless bit of oat flour as well. So delicious.

So I can't say I've made this myself, but I used to work at a vegan cafe and we served a GF pizza on a housemade cornmeal crust that was AWESOME. It was nice and crispy. Maybe experiment with that sometime ☺️

You can also make a pizza crust from cooked quinoa and some chickpea flower. 2/3 cooked quinoa, 1/3 chickpea flower and a little water and some spices and salt. Cook the crust first and then put the toppings on. Sooo yummy🍕😋

Looks really nice. You asked for people’s opinions the other day. If you have the money, I would be a snowbird in the winter and rent a house in California. Go back to Nebraska and enjoy your parents/grandparents for the summer. You’ll have to work out the finances, but I would be a free spirit and enjoy both.

I love sprouting and have the same set up as you guys but fruit flies got in and layed their eggs, and guess from there. I rinsed daily and drained. So frustrating.we live jn the deep south in GA so I guess thats why fruit flies are worse.
