This looks delicious! Max is such a adorable doll. He is such a big helper. What special memories your family is making with him, surrounded by healthy food and exercising. Max hit the jackpot getting you two as parents. Have you guys considered making a cook book that is not a e-book of your amazing recipes. I guess I'm a little old fashion and still enjoy books. Nothing wrong with E-books. Just wasnt sure if this is anything you guys will possibly do in the future. Have a blessed evening.

I could not agree more with the tip of offering only healthy options and letting them be in charge of what they eat from there! I think a huge part of helping our picky eaters move past that phase is doing work on ourselves first and being confident in our convictions. We often fear they’ll go hungry, fear what others might think, fear they’ll whine...and our kids feed off our energy! They will push back to test us on our boundaries especially if they are new ones. If we learn how to be confident that we are making the best decisions for our child then they will feed off that assuredness and consistency.

Good video and great to see Max getting involved in the food preparation. It was mentioned vitamin E is hard to come by but it's available in Nuts and Seeds so unless you may have allergies to them you should be able to get them. It's also found in your greens (spinach and kale) squashes and tomatoes and other plant sources because it's only found in plant foods.
