No way shape or form did a 10.63 100m sprinter get a full track and field athletic scholarship to USC. Maybe a football scholarship if they play football. No way for track and field unless they were recruited for another event like the LJ, 110mHH, 400m. Someone lied to you Johnny Caouette but that's what kids do... Lie to their Peers!
