For the last 5 years I've listened to my inner voice and let it lead my intuition. 90/% of what I've set out to achieve has become mine through hard work, planning each step, and following my gut feeling.

Hello my favorite AI Goofball. I talk to myself nearly all the time... in a normal conversational tone ... complete sentences. It has proven to be a mental advantage. I am keeping this voice... or rather, this boardroom filled with numerous voices. Cheers.

Mines kind of sadly -(growing up unseen) has become my best friend in my head. everything is a full blow conversation about everything I experience and what I think about the experiences. I also spend a HUGE amount of time in my mind pondering things about life I love it. When it becomes too much for me (a lot of stress especially in relationships) I have to write out my thoughts so I don’t Ruminate, create stories, or come to conclusions without the “3rd party” present. which affected my inner speech from a lot of trauma. I find it fascinating because most people I know don’t. they block it out most of the time. I also, made the mistake when I was younger as seeing my inner voice as always right and true my voice when I was filled with so much negative talk and self criticism funny it made me listen more to myself and explore my thoughts origins and decide if I even resonate with it. When I am really relaxed and peaceful now I notice the conversation are less like an old couple I just know what I am thinking without hearing it if that makes sense…. ❤

There is two of them a calm voice and a deep voice we always talk every day about things. The calm voice is talking about the things happening in my life and giving me advice. The deep voice talk about the sins I've committed. Fault. And about my anger. But he sometimes gives me an advice

I believe that your inner speech is always an ally, its just your that your ego doesn't want to hear the ugly parts. Once you let it roam free and accept the feedback of your shadow as something natural, it becomes a teacher.

To me,my inner dialogue is just like if I was talking to a second person I genuinely feel like I talk with a second me whenever I do this Every minute of everyday I talk to myself:Full blown conversations, arguments, dilemas etc It's not fragmented:It's a full conversation, and it feels like I'm talking to a second person Most of the time I talk out loud too, even on the street It helps me clear my head really...I always have so many thoughts all at once that I need someone to speak with about anything anytime-That person is me Also,I always have some song playing in my head, always, every few days it changes

You can control your inner voice. 1. Practice Awareness. Start by meditating. If you realise, that you are thinking. Good. Focus back to your breath the birds outside or the paragraph you read. This will train you to recognise, that your inner voice thinks right now and not you. 2. Force the troughs you want by repetition. Make Notes and read them every day, multiple times a day. Write the thoughts you want in a journal. Everyday. For a couple of months. You will notice that your brain just starts to generate these toughts on itself automatically. Just be patient. Tipp: If you want to be happier. Write about what you are grateful for. If you want loose anxious thoughts. Try to recognise, that you have this thought by practising awareness trough meditation. Then, review the thought. "This is a thought, that makes me unreasonably anxious. I don't want that."

I advise you to believe your mind and give the subject a conscious experience. The most important thing is that in the beginning, the inputs are not ours. We turn the experiences into tools for self-reflection over time. It is a process that takes time to become yours, like the new Pokemon monster. ... Personally, I talk to myself a lot, and I stopped doubting my mental health, and I went very far with that, to the point that I became my own philosopher in analyzing reality. ... The most important thing is personal choice. Most of us expose ourselves to all ideas without choosing. Selectivity is an important thing. Failure to do this affects our mood.

Yes, it's real. Another "module" of the brain has awoken enough to communicate with the control center. Ego death awakens superior intuitive abilities and intuition itself speaks to you.

Eye opening video. As of late that voice has been all i hear most of the time and it feels like it's telling me the things I do and the way i present myself in my life isn't actually me, in fact it's just a mask. I believe it because as aggressive and detatched as the thoughts are about how I should go about life and priorities, it ia comforting. At this point I'm just trying to play nice for lack of a better word.

It sounds like you’re grappling with some heavy feelings about your true self versus how you're presenting to the world, and it’s completely okay to take your time in exploring that-there’s strength in seeking authenticity, and you're not alone in this journey.

Maybe that voice is not yourself. Could be a “demon” that needs to be silenced. Tell it to go away and invite an “angel” to tell you something good.

Carlos Castaneda, the teachings of Don Jaun Matust, Don suggested the greatest life accomplishment it to stop the inner dialogue. To do that , you think about everything that lays in front of you. The concept of Zen, through meditation, also quiets the " monkey chatter" we call inner dialogue. The more you meditate, the more you " calm the restless scanning of the rational mind". Prayer too, by focusing on reapeated sayings of positive affirmations does the same trick. So pick your methodology, it's trying to do the same thing and they've known about this for thousands of years. I've also noticed that the more in shape from working out and running slows the chatter and when sick it increases, so there is a physiological aspect to all this too.

Also, I believe that the basis of all unwanted thoughts is bad intellectual food, because it interacts within us with every bad belief that we do not need, so our emotions become negative. ... Of course, in the negative case, we do not do much

A great episode among many very good ones. Check this guy out, and like he asks "Like, comment and subcribe", his subscriber numbers are way too low for this high quality content. My inner dialogues take many different forms depending how I'm feeling. All of it has grown as I've got older and especially since the Covid lockdown. I don't see it as bad thing most of the time...
