Why are all the long and short going through the same side? My stock hub has the longer going from the inside of the house, shorter on the outside

What do you do in a case where the spokes touch where they cross? Iv been reading about spoke path and using a mallet to set it by taping the 90 of the spoke on the hub. Any info would be a great help. Thanks for the video!

They commonly touch. Is this for one of our hubs? You shouldnt need to change spoke angle.
