Hi Paul. I enjoy this new video, thank you! But I have a question about the ab crunches near the end -- a question that I've also wondered about from some of your other videos but not asked before. I _can_ squeeze my abs while leaning forward. But gravity is also pulling me forward, so there is no need to squeeze the abs, and I find it more natural to leave the stomach relaxed and engage my back muscle to hold the position. When one does ab crunches lying on the floor, you are opposing gravity to lift your upper torso. I find it much more natural to engage the abs while sitting if a lean back a little, because then my abs are holding up my upper torso against gravity. Would it not make more sense to exercise the abs while sitting by leaning back? A bit like boat pose/navasana in yoga? Does it make sense what I'm trying to explain? What do you think of this?

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and concerns. The answer to your question is both yes and no. For some people with lower back issues, leaning back may not be the best position to be in. Yes, if you have a strong back. I have seen it don't both ways.
