Love this. Sometimes it's easy to get so caught up in a call script that you lose touch with the human aspect of communication.
@MikeBarron1
@MikeBarron1 3 жыл бұрын
YES! The script is there just for guiadance and a reference you can use, people refer to get that personal touch in communication
@KevinSamuelsKid
@KevinSamuelsKid 2 жыл бұрын
Nah that’s dead ass wrong. If the script isn’t human enough then the script is trash. Rewrite the script and then have different variations of it for different buyers. You should have the scripts memorized and know exactly what you’re going to say before your call a customer. Period
@PaulMendes
@PaulMendes 2 жыл бұрын
@@KevinSamuelsKid it’s about coming off conversationally and not like you’re reading a script. It should sound like you are speaking naturally not reciting a memorized speech, people see right through that.

@edgarojeda9288 2 жыл бұрын
The Script is the answer - but first u must memorize then internalize and only then can u personalize - people always jump to personalize and never memorize or internalize therefore miss the essence and effectiveness of a script - it took me 11 thousand cold phone calls before I could personalize - and I worked for Grant Cardone - but thats the biggest mistake people make
@PaulMendes
@PaulMendes 2 жыл бұрын
@@edgarojeda9288 Thanks for that insight. I agree. It's also very easy to get off script and into 'no man's land' if you personalize too early before you have memorized and internalized the most effective script for whichever product or service you are sending.

“No” is not failure. Used strategically it’s an answer that opens the path forward.” “No” is the start of the negotiation, not the end of it. It seldom means, “I have considered all the facts and made a rational choice.” People need to feel in control. When you preserve a person’s autonomy by clearly giving them permission to say “No” to your ideas, the emotions calm, the effectiveness of the decisions go up, and the other party can really look at your proposal. - Chris Voss no is just the beginning of negotiations!

The stock/dividend Market is constantly evolving with new features, market fluctuations and trading opportunities. You can make great profit fast but trading without experience and right strategy for the particular you can loose them even faster.Another thing is your risk management plan. Even if your winning system and trading psychology is good,lack of risk management skills will make you giveback all your profit at same point. That’s why it is always advisable to work with a professional and registered trader, I work with Mrs Alicia Branford who has taught me how to trade on Bitcoin and forex and also how to capitalize on the stock market trends and her trading signals and strategies have actually proven to bring our best result with her knowledge and experience from stock trading. So far I’ve made reasonable profits learning how to trade better through her. I seriously recommend her. Don’t forget that as some are loosing in financial market,others are capitalizing and winning. Mr Cardone (Grant type) whats your advice for ramping up in Social Retailing? The product is already set, the business model is there, and people think the team is limited to themselves. So, how do you reach more? And, what is the best way to find people who are going to take the business seriously?

Sometimes I disagree with Grant and don’t get me wrong I think he is a phenomenal marketer but I am not sure about his selling tactics. He says he has his team following with clients for 17 years? I mean come on that is just a waste of time. Move on and look for another lead. Those are just my thoughts.

Where is the bit when a client says no exactly? Some of the context here is lost. A guy said no and he says "why are you so concerned"? They aren't. He really isn't interested.

I don’t understand how anyone could justify calling someone for 18 years thinking that the person would appreciate having to say no for the 500th time. I would be livid. I mean that’s literally harassment, I don’t understand. Am I in the fucking twilight zone? And if you agree that 18 years of continually calling someone who has said no 60 times, please make logical sense of it so my head doesn’t explode
