ty bro Charles story is the most inspiring especially him coming back and going on a 12 fight win streak, become champ, 2 title defenses, most finishes and submissions, doctor said he couldnt walk ever again anymore or do any sports ever again in his life, The Holloway injury that left him paralyzed, grew up super poor, lost his mentor that got him into Jiu Jitsu due to crime, its just such a never give up everything is possible even when people tell you its impossible for you to do it story@@cristianomurbachpires1575

Alex joined the UFC because Izzy made a comment mocking Alex. Izzy said Alex will sit in a bar somewhere and boast about beating Adesanya in obscurity. Even in the second fight, Izzy was playing possum to defeat Alex. If Alex did not rush, Izzy would have never won that fight. Now Alex is two division champion.
@felipe9228

That wasn't the only reason but sure it was a big motivation
@JohnnyEtiquette

So with that logic, you could also say that had there been five more seconds in the first round during their first MMA fight, Izzy would have knocked Alex out. You could also say that if Alex didn’t get Izzy up against the cage and let his hands go, he would have lost considering Izzy won every round up until that point. Stop trying to justify your opinion using “hindsight” and “hypotheticals”. You just sound stupid.

I wouldn't say if he didn't rush Izzy never would have won he almost won the first one if we are boiling victories down to ifs if Izzy just danced and ran away from Alex at the end of the first UFC fight Alex never would have won but fortunately for Izzy and Alex back seat fighters posting ifs in comment sections don't decided victories or losses they are both tremendous fighters who should be admired wish Izzy was a bit less cringe sometimes tho

I just don't know why people never tell the full story behind alex and Adesanya rivalry, here it goes: When they first fight alex had 13 pro fights and Adesanya almost 70, poatan won by decision and Adesanya didn't agree with that, got really mad at the judge and, for some reason, at alex to 🤷🏻‍♂️. For their second fight adesanya talked mad trash about poatan, his family and even said that he was going to beat him up in his backyard like a dog or something, poatan was comming from a surgery in his left elbow a month before and took the fight 10 days short notice, he was one of the otganizers of that edition that took place in Sao Paulo Brazi but adesanya's opponent got hurt and alex decided to take his place. Adesanya was winning then he got koed, after the fight alex saw him sitting on the sidewalk outside of the stadium crying alongside with his coaches, alex pass through him and Adesanya looked away, got up and left. After that adesanya moved to mma and talked trash about poatan every single time people asked him about that KO, and the rest, is history.

Sou brasileiro e muita gente gringa não sabe, mas alex perdeu seu irmão para o crime, infelizmente no brasil muitos jovens da periferia acabam entrando nessa vida e o resultado é cadeia ou morte. Alex é um guerreiro❤

If Israel will come back to his condition maybe we'll have another amazing fight between them , Alex is all ready a legend and the new champ in the light heavyweight devision I think the matchup between them is the most interesting , both should fight for 2 belts , Sean Strickland has the other belt let's see what happens next ...jiri was good but got caught by Alex , Jan Blagojevich thinks he got robbed but he didn't Alex did more damage over all Alex beat 2 fighters that Izzy didn't including Sean , right now Alex has a great momentum....

@ElijahOxford hi I was just wondering if you still got monetized for the video with the footage you used from ufc, kickboxing etc. If so do you have a valid source. Thanks

As a brazilian i can say that a lot of brazilians, maybe the majority, have indigebous bloodline (include me) and we are proud of that; but i dont understood the "moai" in the video.

Let's remember , hard men are not only people with muscular bodies or who know how to fight phisically,. You can show your emotions, change gender, do whatever you want, this doesn't mean you are soft. Hard men are the ones who work, who are independent, who parent their children, who help people, who take care, who is emotionally healthy in his relations.

If a "hard man" changes gender... Doesn't he just become a phlacid female?

Oh shut up bro , strong men aren’t women lol it’s just not how it works , I get that you westerners have developed this “everyone can do whatever they want” mentality that has given a rise to vile things such as onlyfans , drug dealing all across places like America , no shaming resulting in people openly being degenerate etc

São Paulo is the biggest city in Latin America and they show favela in Rio de Janeiro. Same mistake about Charles do Bronx doc. Foreigner's love to show favelas to bait users.

Poatan comes from the Tupi language - not Alex's native language of the Pataxó. 'Po' means 'hand' and 'Atan' means something solid, dense, stone-like.

You guys really need to learn some more geography. You start by getting it right with a shot of a favela in São Paulo (which is not exactly where Alex is from, but close enough), then proceed to immediately show Rio de Janeiro. I mean, you tried your best and I commend you, but for Brazilians watching it is cringe as hell... It's like beginning a story setting the sage in NYC then showing images from LA 🙄

Nah dude. I`m brazilian. He posted some videos of his hometown and even though its not a favela, because poeple dont know this, favela is an invaded space. Where he lived was just like a favela.

I´m brazilian, and just for the record, this Favela in the beginning of the video is not on São Paulo but in Rio de Janeiro. Both cities have it´s own favelas, poverty and struggle, but it is important to say that Alex come from São Paulo.
