@@88feji You are more right than you know. There is a reason why they make their living spaces so damn alien to us "peasants", the rich are usually narcissistic enough to believe themselves a different species. Through the centuries of human civilization, there's always a ruling class and the rest of society. The United States Army is one of the biggest examples: The Pentagon is literally built like a pentagon literally just to differentiate themselves from all the other buildings nearby. But of course, this is Singapore and I'm pretty sure this house isn't even meant to be lived in. Some kind of paganistic belief in having a house that magically makes their business and profits better just by existing. God, I hate this country.

Some property sales includes the artifacts/artworks/collection housed in them, it depends on the sales. It is much easier to house art collection in private properties because museums can't always afford them, or accept them-and mosf importantly meaning you can't just enjoy your collection whenever you want because you need to drive to museum. Some people like to examine artifacts really closely (even touching them) and this really can be only done in personal collection.

they probably didnt have much english education (in terms of learning about the language itself). you can tell by the way they speak. its good enough to communicate but definitely not impressive. and they get away with it because 90% of singaporeans arent well versed in english either. i would hire a writer and the agents would read from a script. its a video anyways so they can just memorise lines. especially when selling a 63 mil property, you would probably want the advertisement to be as good as possible.
