I have my omad meal at 6pm. When is better to excercise before or after a meal?

How do you feel about working out while fasted for 20 to 24 hours will this cause muscle damage or slow down how much muscle I gain ?

i just started omad my self im about 2 weeks in and i eat between 2pm-3pm.i dont feel any cravings for food during the night at all.id rather eat during the afternoon because by the time you go to sleep you will be burning more fat instead of waiting until night to eat then go to sleep. thats how i see it you will be digesting all your food by bed time if you eat in the evening but if you do it around 2pm and by the time you go to bed around 11pm you will have already digested your food and will be burning more fat while you sleep. i also weight lift fasted before i eat.

I want to be able to eat earlier in the day but i can't workout before. 🤦 i don't get to gym til 4/430p and dont get home til 630p...cook and eat im usually done eating by 8p/830p. I really wish i could eat earlier. 😔

I train MMA 4 days a week, at noon, and was planning on eating around 5pm. In addition, I’m a runner and I like lifting weights. I’m considering OMAD, any advice would be appreciated. I’m concerned about the level of activity without food for a long period.

Great Videos, thank you for that. I have a question. Iam doing OMAD since over a year, every evening at 8pm. Now I have start to workout in the gym every second day at 2pm. Would it be better to change my OMAD-Times to have good results, because i eat late, 4-5 hours after my workout?

Why don't you move the timing of your meal like Conor. So instead of 8pm, you eat at say 4pm. You will still fast the same amount of time

You’re probably undereating. Your body needs more calories and energy so make sure you aren’t at a deficit
