Modernity is the cause of our mental illness and yet we are gaslighted into thinking we are the ones at fault and not modernity. One thing which helps me and might be useful to you is to not dwell on your circumstance and accept we are living in the entropy of modernity, but you can still build yourself up as an opposition to that entropy through whatever skills and interests you have, or just go to the gym like i do.
