This is the most INSANE bootleg game I've played yet. Top Fighter 2000 MK VIII is a King of Fighters bootleg which also uses characters from X-men vs. Street Fighter, but that's not the insane bit.
The insane bit is that the two main characters here are Michael Jordan and Mohammed Ali! Yes! You can beat Goku into submission while playing as Michael Jordan and it is glorious!

this game looks real good imo. The graphics are big, bright, colorful and well animated (though a little bit choppy). About the shoryuken effect: I know for sure you cant be hit while performing the shoryuken on Street Fighter 2. Mohammed Ali's stage is Cammy's stage from Super Street Fighter 2 with the flags from Mai's stage from Fatal Fury 2. What a cobbling :D The unused boxing stage on the back of the box is Axel Hawk's stage, also from Fatal Fury 2. Since this is supposed to be Ali's stage, there is a likelihood that in an early stage of development, Ali was supposed to be an edit of Axel Hawk since he is also a boxer.

Great video St1ka! Enjoyed it quite well. I actually am going to look for the ROM. Great addition to the collection. Btw, from Street Fighter II Turbo and beyond, shoryuken has brief invincibility upon start up. So you can actually dodge projectiles if you time your shoryuken. I do that alot on Capcom vs SNK 2 with Ken. I'm impressed this bootleg has this mechanic.

Great video, as always! By the way, I think the Goku sprites might be ripped [at least partially] from Street Fighter II's M. Bison. The scissors-kick attack and leg sweeps look almost identical, and the lower half of the sprite looks pretty much like a palette swap of Bison's outfit. Not sure if there's any truth in that or not, but it's a thought.

I'm pretty sure that a DP going through projectiles is a thing. It wasn't uncommon back then for DPs other than light to have invincibility until the apex to ensure it working as an anti-air. Interesting content, but I do hope you practice (or have practiced) reading from a script. It's easy for people to sound monotone or repetitive if simply reading from a script. My videos are unscripted though I do have a list of what general points I want to cover (which has its own drawbacks as I may forget a small thing or two). The best advice I can give is to pretend that you're talking to someone. If you want to inform, imagine an audience. If you're mad or annoyed, someone you don't like. If you want to be casual, just think about a good friend. I did this a lot when I was younger to help practice putting my thoughts into words; something I struggled a lot with back then. It takes a good bit of practice, but it helps with more than just making videos. If you want more help, here are a few links to get started: seanwes.com/podcastdude/050-how-to-sound-natural-when-reading-a-script/ www.reddit.com/r/youtubers/comments/60ckbg/question_how_do_i_read_from_a_script_without/
