My great aunt is in her later 60s, she’s had hers for YEARS now and they look awful, they are leaking now, and she is very very sick!! 😭 So happy for you! I saved to have them done when I turned 18 and I’m so thankful I never followed through! Praying you make a full recovery! ❤️

And I’m so so glad to hear you never got them done when you were 18! What a blessing! And thank you so much for your prayers!

Holy smokes, i am so glad you posted this! I have lost a lot of weight and lost my boobs i was thinking about getting implants but I'm definitely not going to now. I didn't know they weren't a life long device. I also didn't even think about the poison they would put in my body. Thank you so much for being so real on this. It was eye opening. ❤ I would have never even thought of these consequences. I hope that you can forgive yourself you didn't even know what you were doing. I hope you find peace.

@@ahouston1989 oh Amber! Your comment just made this whole journey worthwhile! I told my husband if I help just one woman in this, I’ll be so thankful to have gone through all of this! I’m so glad this opened your eyes to the dangers of them and you won’t get them now! They are not worth it at all!!! But congratulations on your weight loss! That’s amazing and I know you feel amazing! But with implants, I can almost guarantee most women won’t feel so well within some amount of time!

Thank you for sharing this! I am very flat chested, and even more so after nursing 2 babies! I have considered breast implants, my mom and grandma both have implants! But it is helpful to hear your story. I hope your surgery goes well. We all make mistakes and I hope you overcome your guilt. Mom guilt is such a difficult and stressful feeling. Thank you for this video. I got implants 10 years ago and like how I look with them, however.. I’m having the same exact symptoms as you. Numbness in hands and fingers, pain in my feet, ankles, wrist and fingers, trouble loosing weight even though I’m active, I eat very clean and workout 5 days a week, severely cracked heels .. and nothing helps it, tiredness and headaches even when I get plenty of rest. It’s my implants and I’ve been in denial. I had some suspicions, but didn’t know that this was a common issue. Thank you for this video. I just text my husband and told him that I’m getting them out and he is 100% on board. ❤🙏🏻

I was saving up for the surgery because I didn't like the way they look during this weight loss journey. I planned to get them once I made it to my goal weight. I've gotten very lucky because, in the last year, I've seen soooo many getting the removed from illness. Needless to say... I'll have to learn to be happy with however they end up looking

I didn't get breast implants, but this is a good reminder that we are more than our physical appearance. I'm over here bawling because a hairdresser just butchered my hair before a few big family events... We need to stop allowing these insecurities to take over our lives. I'll include you in my prayers that your procedure goes well and that you will be able to physically and emotionally heal from this experience, Ammie!

@@Ra20233 you are so right! And I love this “less invasive” example with your hair! My health has been drastically better than many women who’ve suffered with their implants! HE is so good and gracious in our mistakes!
