When what’s “normally” my warm up is my workout it means I’m meeting myself where I’m at each day & it’s progress!!!
There’s no ‘but I ‘should’ be able to do x,y & z by a certain time, there’s just where we’re at in the moment each day.
Of re-introducing movements that give me more energy, of feeling how it feels to move in a way that’s more 360 degrees strong beyond walking, sitting & lying down.
And it felt good & these also felt enough.
I’m excited to be in Phase 2 of the journey where I get to expand, experience, go at the speed I need to go at & also invite in new moves to test the waters each day.
Feeling grateful for the levels of knowledge, the years of time in the game that helps me navigate the dosage, frequency, the move or tool that’s going to move me forward each day.
Of course I’d like it all to be happening sooner & faster & I also know the difference between feeling good, mentally tired, physically tired, nervous system stressed, impatient, the sweet spot of intentional stress vs the unintentional.
I’m in this for the long game.
