The "spontaneity" happens before your lives become synced and chained to a routine by work, kids, adult responsibilities, etc. At that point, spontaneous romance starts requiring more effort and careful planning by one or the other becoming exciting for only one of the two at a time. *a complete guess from someone who has never been in a relationship beyond the honeymoon phase. smh and RIP me lol
@pdcichosz2 жыл бұрын
Nah. Having no routine/not seeing each other all the time helps a lot, but it's mostly the brain chemistry and novelty at the beginning. We routinely overestimate the conscious and underestimate the unconscious parts of our decision making.
@WailOfDoom2 жыл бұрын

How long before I can get my wife out of the "Take a dump while I'm in the shower" phase?
@p_to2 жыл бұрын
Get out of or get in? To get out of it I'm afraid itll take having kids, doing even grosser things infront of eachother, realizing you want sex again, reading ridiculous books and articles about lighting the flame, trying ridiculous techniques some 20 year old probably made up. Realize it's silly. Have your normal comfy sex. Enjoy it. Realize the lack of it came from being a bit too gross in front of eachother. Promise to limit said gross things. But then slowly start doing them again. Rinse and repeat. Now if you meant how to get to that stage: start by building trust, accidentally fart in front of them, get mortified, get into an impossible situation where you just have shit while their in the shower OR take a dump accidentally while they are in the shower because you're so comfy and forgot they were in the shower OR one of you cracks just because
