@GxAce just curious what you ultimately hope people experience with your content? To buy a camera or lens? To enjoy your story? To compare you to other tech reviewers? Me, I enjoy your perspective and would love to see your approach to a short film about something deep and meaningful to you.

I subscribed to GxAce when he was at 14k subs, in maybe 2-3 weeks he was at 50k subs and I knew he would become a KZbin legend within the filmmaking community and now at 221k subs, I think that there truly will never be a more immersive experience on KZbin than there is within a GxAce Video. A singular 8-minute video is more immersive than most movies I have seen in the cinema recently.

I think you've really outdone yourself with this one, it is wholly unique and insanely captivating. It may be goofy, but it's what I refer to as "main monitor content" (kind of hate the word content, but it's the best term atm), a lot of youtube I can just throw on my secondary monitor and keep browsing the internet, but never with your videos. Every time I see a new upload - that's an immediate full screen, headphones on, full attention required experience. The visuals are insanely striking, the photos are amazing as always, and the sound design in this one especially is off the charts. Good work.

I fully agree. I do the same thing. I think this type of compliment is one of the highest you can give to someone right now, especially since our attention spans are a little short on youtube. The first time I watched one of these videos I was immediately drawn in 100%

Dude... these shots bring back so many memories. What a strange sight to see Grindavik in the background in its pre eruption state in that drone shot around Mt. Thorbjörn. I took an old path from the 2021 eruption to see last year's one which was some km's further away. On the way back I used the antennas on the hill to gauge where I was at in the landscape. Walking back from the eruption at dawn through a valley flanked by extinct volcanoes and NO ONE within at least a 5km radius. Total quiet and the landscape. This comes close to what that felt like.
