Yeah no catches makes it much harder to go and check. Every time costs a little more. Let’s hope fo for a catch to lift the spirits. Hunting yesterday I tripped on a vine, took a digger and dislocated my left shoulder. First time for that. Good thing the guys were around or I would really been in trouble. Man upstairs looking down I think. Already feels better today but there along way to go. Enjoy the day👍👍

Well dang. Nothing in the traps again. You're gonna keep saying I think my pack is gone til one day bam!! You got two! At least I hope so😊. I'm no trapper for sure but it seems a weird weather winter so far. Very mild. With the fires, and loggers, higher than usual temps, lots of people in the area etc maybe it's affecting creature habits. Cameras , for me, are like locks. They're only to keep honest folks honest. Maybe the reason that back east fella don't like them is cause he's doing unethical or even illegal things and worried about evidence. Anyways, good morning and please tell Cindy we all love her craftiness. She sure has an awesome imagination! Whoever made the monster sign is probably someone fun too😅

63° and rain here. I checked traps in shorts yesterday! 😂 I'm not finding sign but my back wont let me walk the miles I normally would. Possums still find my sets so I'll just wait and see. I'm gonna move some stuff around in about a week but I cant even find coyote sign right now. Coyote trapping here is almost like wolf trapping there from what I've seen. I'm lucky to get 2 or 3 in a season if I hit it hard.

Good morning Gary, Kinda crazy weather at times. Turns out the ice coverage up north here is 26 percent bigger than it was in 2012, so I guess the polar bears will probably survive. Mr. Muskrat with thus warm winter it seems like all the critters ain't having to move to dang far for feed. Where i live we have only gotten around 8" of snow this winter ao far which ain't much for Nirth Dakota . I've got a small line out also and ain't even caught a raccoon yet Sir.

I bet it would've been very scary for those people who lost their brakes coming down that road! I was a passenger in the early 90s in a buddies k-car, when it lost its brakes. We were young and crazy of course out drinking at a park and he was sober thank God! We were ripping around the back windy roads of Prince Edward Island, likely if my memory serves me right going about 120km/h. We didn't know what to do. So he put it in neutral and used the slope of the hills to slow us down a bit and then he opened his door and used his foot like Fred Flintstone lol. Thank God it worked to get us slowed down enough to gear down and slam her into park. After a very long and scary drive we made it. I will never forget that one. Have a Great day

WOW! Not fun at all! I lost a brake line in a Willys Wagon once on the freeway, but it was flat. We just pulled over on the edge and coasted to a stop. A steep, cliffy hill is a whole different thing!

What's truly I see yesterday's video twice on my feed. One clearly shows I viewed it, the other doesn't. Sometimes doing what one desires to do is more productive nearer to home. Not knowing you arrangement on and around the grounds is, but a viable option. Certainly less expensive to stay compliant. The deer and elk kinda helps illustrate my point. Where there food the predator not far. Smaller than a wolf most likely, but predator all the same. Dang 🌳 trying to steal your 🐕's Mountain man

I got Starlink for $10 more per month, but wife can watch t.v. and I can use my p.c. with no problem. I've had it for over 2 months and will never go back to hard wired again. It did cost about $400 for the Starlink unit.

We have both snow shoes and cottontails here. Not far away there are jack rabbits. All three are good eating, but Jack Rabbits can be tough. They make good stew though.

It's sure empty. No, the beaver ponds are frozen now. Trapping under the ice is kinda fun, but a lot of work. I had planned on camping out at the start of the season, but with the forest fire, they had the roads closed to get there. I'm not sure I'll even try for them now. The pelts are better in the Spring, but I'm too busy with my job then.

There's not as many as there used to be. A new pack, usually 3-5 shows up about every year, but that's it. This year, there was 4 in September, down to 3 in October, and at least 2 of them were shot or trapped.....I heard the third one too, but I haven't been able to find out for sure about the last one. Pretty sure they are all gone for this year.
