You start out as the Doer, then move to the Thinker, the Communicator, and the Leader in your business.
As the Doer, you're stuck in a vicious cycle working all the time, fighting fires, and missing dinner. As the Leader, you have done the work to remove yourself from the day to day. You're focused on what really matters: your business's future.
