Where to Find Shared Mailbox in New Outlook

This is my exact issue. I need to monitor a few email boxes and this makes it very difficult

shared mailboxes make it easy when offboarding employees. Either new version or legacy version of Outlook should allow you to do that.

Categories created within shared mailboxes doesn't get pulled into the new Outlook. I use categories feature extensively and it is missing in new mailbox.

Small question what is the reason on the new look outlook , I am not about to sends and receives email but when a snitch back to the old one everything work great sending and receiving , can you help with your experience ......thanks

Is there a possiblity to create a unified inbox for several mail accounts? I want to have one inbox for my live, ms exchange and gmail accounts.

No, I tried looking for a similar solution but no luck

yeah I think there are other looking for same thing @FakensteinM is looing for but not really happening. I think the Outlook Mobile app provides more of what you're looking for. They really haven't changed Outlook that much over the years (fundamentally).

Will it work when shared mailbox is there in old outlook and then will switch to new outlook Would I be able to see it in a new outlook?

Made simpler, but not for the user. I forsee a lot of trouble if this gets the default outlook.

yeah depends on the user. Honestly new version of Outlook is not for everyone.
