It’s a really nice issue and had a good message when it came out but now that is has been years later I just can’t take this comic serious anymore cause 9\11 would just never happen in the marvel universe there is just too many strong people in New York for that to happen Hell spider-man could have stopped the plane either by webbing it and turn it’s direction kind like what Tom did in homecoming or he could just catch the plane this wouldn’t be his first time doing so either also it would be impossible for Pete not to notice a huge plane coming towards a building full of people people because of his spider-sense which can also warn other’s danger as well as his own we see him do it all the time like when he is getting a warning that some rubble is about to fall on some people

Yeah, I've felt it kinda weird how the heroes "were late" in the comics, the first plane hit at 8:46 AM, it took 15 or so minutes for the second plane to hit. Surely some heroes would already be there on site in the meantime to help rescue people. I find it unrealistic that they all were "too late" and arrived only to the aftermath. First tower took an hour to collapse, second tower taking almost 2 hours to do so. There is no way they were "too late"

Spider Man still existed in the comics ever since the 60s which means Spider Man has definitely been around in 2001. Tobey Maguire's Spider Man was also there because the movie was delayed after 9/11 happened because they had to remove all the scenes that had Twin Towers in frame. That's why it came out in 2002 instead of 2001.

Quick theory, what if the reason why in the rami’s spider-man the twin towers were still there is because in that universe, the 911 attacks doesn’t happen? Like an alternate reality where the event never happened at all, which would make sense because in our universe spider man doesn’t exist but the 911 attacks does. Great video btw.

Well, the 9/11 attacks do happen. The movie had to be delayed because they had to remove all the scenes with twin towers involved for the movie. On the other hand, the scene where New Yorkers help Spidey by throwing things at Green Goblin from the bridge was made as a tribute to New Yorkers and 9/11 to bring people hope.
