You straight up didn't even mention Zucker. He's a LAZY (meaning he has some extra bit of food on him) octopus villager but he is literally made out of food. takoyaki to be exact. His tentacles are regular though so you can get some extra protein. He also has some nice sauce already on him. While he may not last you as long as an elephant villager, He is definitely a good candidate once you realize Zucker is about the size of your human player meaning he will last for a while. Lets do some math. The average human weight is 137 pounds. Takoyaki is calculated to be 257 Calories per 100 grams. thats about 62142 grams in the takoyaki alone. And that compared to calories is 159597 CALORIES. ITS ALSO 159597 PROTEINS. And if you say "OH THATS ONLY ABOUT 80 DAYS WHEN AXEL GIVES YOU LIKE 13000!" well shut up. This dudes math has 1 glaring mistake. He is acting like Axel is the size of a normal elephant. EVEN THOUGH HES ABOUT THE SAME SIZE AS THE VILLAGER! Either Axel is very small or the villager is very big. Neither make this mans math make sense. I rest my case.

The only problem I see with your decisions is that it only takes into account the chunk of meat itself. If we reconsider this with the general belief that our villager character can cook, it opens up a whole new world, depending on the readily available fruit on your island. You could - in theory - use the bird/duck villagers with an orange glaze, or chickens with a reduced cherry compote. Lemon would also go great with the chicken villagers. Cow/Bull villagers would taste AMAZING sauteed in apple sauce, or with mango salsa. But my favourite would be the deer villagers. Bam would be ideal, as a jock villager. We could also add Fuschia, as she's CLEARLY a rock star and would have built up muscles from rocking it on stage. Marinate their meat in a sauce made from pears and peaches with a sprinkle of coconut, before searing them in an easily-crafted iron pan over an equally easily-crafted bonfire. What's not to be overlooked here is the inclusion of weeds. Dandelions have, for centuries, been an essential food item. (Originally common, then for those in poverty, and now making a comeback.) Going off the assumption that the weeds on your island are dandelions, they can be used a vegetable substitute, or simply a garnish. ... I have no idea what would pair well with elephant or rhino villagers.
