WWII is very underrated. War ruled, and Headquarters was the coolest feature ever. I loved hanging around between matches and soaking up the atmosphere.

It was my most played COD, first game that I bought a monitor for and grinded the war leaderboard and the domination leaderboard for PS4 and im still around 3,000-3,500 for DOM and somewhere around 2,000-2,500 for War. First COD I played GBs on and won real money as well. Very underrated. I own it on PC now but only shipment 24/7 and lobbys don’t fill all of the way and there is ALWAYS some type of hacker. I wish I had a console still for some of these games.

@@BelgiumGamer01 Introduced (OP) specialists that were never balanced. Total weapons were good but the variety lacked, couldn’t tell the difference between most of the firearms. Was probably the worst selection of weapons along with Ghosts and BO4. Maps were either unbalanced or not memorable. Which was the first of the series. First COD where game mode variety and choices reduced. I honestly found myself back on AW to play as a futuristic COD due to all these reasons. Or I went back to playing Battlefield 3/4, MW2/3 or BO2. Yeah movement was better but that doesn’t negate all the other problems I had with the multiplayer.

Personally I liked the supply drops. When they started the battle pass that's what ruined cod. I can't play MWR on ps5 because I got digital ps5 and my MWR come with the disc infinite warfare , so I need to insert the infinite warfare disk to play it 🙄 & I ain't paying £35 For MWR if it was cross platform I would have.

On nuke town I spawned on S&D, jet packed from one house and into the next through the upstairs window, and used the pump action shotgun (KRM?) and one shot EVERY. SINGLE. ENEMY. And won the round. I had a match on advanced warfare hardcore s&d on comeback and I had the explosive sniper and rocket launcher as my load out( till weed out campers on that game😂) and as the match started I rushed all the way on the left side to that house with the ladder and stairs where everyone rushes at and usually I spray my grenade getting at least 1 kill everytime in that building and to my surprise I wiped the whole squad on that one tiny building by unloading the whole clip😭😭😭 it was a clan match and my teammate goes “Danggggg, save some for the rest of us”😂

Great concept! Here’s another content idea: Next up: Ranking Multiplayer Esthetics and hit-marker sounds (kingslayer, bloodthirsty, skeet shooter, triple kill, etc.). I love the enemy health meter along with the loud stamping sound with medals on BOCW. Also I love the hit-marker sounds and vibrant orange symbols when killing opponents on BO3. This all started with COD4MW then continued into WAW and one of my all-time favs, MW2. To see these emblems along with the hitmarker sounds and added points is so satisfying. 🔥 🔥

I’ve been back on my ps3 playing BO2 and MW2 and there are still people playing multiplayer at all times. The only problem is hacking is bad in MW2. Not only do they cheat but they can take complete control of the game. Hackers can award everything from points to unlocking everyone’s weapons in a given lobby. I’ve been playing everyday for the last 2 months.

There probably arent many people that liked ghosts, but it deffo was one of my absolute favorites. Ive spent HUNDREDS of hours on strikezone 24/7 with the ripper. Also did i really adore AW, also spent hundreds of hours in it. The 3dimensional approach to CoD, a 2dimensional arcadeshooter was soo cool. Nice ideas for weapons and a movementsystem never seen before. Even snipers didnt came too short but got really good feeling guns.

WWII and B04 are so underrated. I reached prestige master both and still play them today. way better then the MW reboot series

WW2 is better than Vanguard in my opinion, but WW2 was also the first COD that I bought a monitor for, played GBs and made real money and grinded the ps4 leaderboards for WAR and for DOM. Oh and CTF spawn traps were insane on certain maps for multiple V2s, but Vanguard is definitely a bit underrated, it felt really fast, I have been in my 30s since 2020 and it wasn’t too fast for me so that’s saying something. Also, that map you played on was my warmup map. I know every nook and cranny of that map lol hours and hours of Bot killing.

Also, I still go back to MWII 2022 just to play shipment 24/7 to go for nukes because the players that stayed on that cod are not the greatest and don’t like the fast movement. SBMM seems toned down a lot.

My biggest gripe with old cods is the fact that team deathmatch is the only game mode that people are in. Like if you want to kill people, why not go in something like kill confirmed? That way you can get double the kills and have a more fun main objective

I tried going back to BO1 a couple of years ago, and there were invincible or invisible loadouts. Ruined the experience when I grew up with BO1

Bo3 is definently alive and quite popular. Theres just a glitch on xbox where you wont find games or cant join friends and stuff. Just restart the game and itll work (Its my most played cod). Almost everyday

I still play World at War and Black Ops 1 as of July 20, on PS3. Sadly, only Team Deathmach and HCTDM have people playing. The rest are by invite party only

It’s sad to see games no longer playable, whether because the servers were taken offline or because no one is playing them. Even the bad ones. I remember almost every COD game when they were new. Especially when Modern Warfare 1 and World at War first came out. I miss those times. Also, the older games during the Golden Age of COD had amazing main menus. World at War taking the cake just purely for that atmosphere and music, with Black Ops 1 being a very close second (sometimes I feel it should be Number 1). Now-a-days, they don’t even try to make the menus interesting.
