Which Engine Should You Choose in your 2021 Ford F-150? (PowerBoost, 5.0L, 3.5L, 2.7L, 3.3L, 3.0L)

Just got the 5.0L V8 in my 2023 STX SuperCab, well worth the up-charge to get it. 400 horsepower and 410 lb ft of torque out of a naturally aspirated V8 with a nice growl. Very happy with it and averaging 18 MPG.

Nice video. I've had 2 x 5L, which were solid engines, 1 x 3.5 L which had huge power and my 21 is a 2.7 L. I use the truck like a large car that can carry anything. The fuel mileage is amazing averaging under 10.4 L/100 km. My 2021 F150 Lariat is my favourite pick up truck yet. They just keep getting better.

Is the 2.7L much slower than the 3.5L ecoboost?

They would be very similar in terms of unloaded speed but when there is a load behind it (trailer or cargo) the 3.5L would certainly pull away.
