Is anyone familiar with Advanced Procurement Portal - APP? Basically they are a one stop shop for federal contracts. I called the today and they told me that I will need to pay $699/year in order to use their service, and that there really is no way for me to get contracts with no experience. They recently changed Fedbid and Fedbizopps. My current Sams registration is in submitted status. Does it have to in active status before I can register as a Edwosb or bid on contracts? This has become very confusing to me.

You can do the work as a resident. But in order to be certified you need to become a Citizen. But fortunately you don't need certifications to win contracts. Great questions.

If you keep watching my videos you will learn that I do NOT have 8a never had it. Nor do I encourage firms to get 8a immediately. If you do not know how to use it than it is nothing more than a piece paper. I leverage other people's 8a for mutual benefit as most firms (75%+) are not maximizing their certification. Quick question, for the 8(a) program, one must have at least 2 years experience before they can qualify for that program right? Could I use a shell company in order to get around that headache?

No need. There are 100's of 8a certified companies looking to team up with and JV with someone who can bring contracts. I would just partner with one of them first and build your name until you met the 2 year requirement. Additionally, you can request a 2-year waiver and avoid the headache but it is not easy to prove viability.

Hi, I have a non profit business yet Im trying to do business with the government and register as a WOSB yet I don't qualify based on the "non-profit" status. Im new at this, any suggestions. Would I have to start my entire process over my registering the business as a for profit, name registration, and etc...please help

Yes you need a separate "for profit" entity to do business with the government.

Sure it has. Bruce Jenner is a woman. If you say Bruce is a man you are a bigot and are homophobic. Gender is now determined by whatever gender you feel like. Men are now competing in women's sporting events and soon we will have women who associate as men participate in men's sports. Gender is whatever you feel like. Every single news anchor on MSNBC, ABC, CBS, The Young Turks, and all other media outlets confirms that gender is whatever you want it to be. We even have gender neutral bathrooms now. Colleges and Universities say as well that gender is whatever you want it to be. So let's abuse these sexist government programs and get some free money men that feel like women.
