Sir, I have a question, please respond.. my aunt was being petitioned by his australian husband, when my aunt was applying for a spousal visa, her husband suddenly died.... according to my aunt she was the benefit of her loss husband.... In addition, my aunt visited Australia for 3 X already as a tourist when her husband was in the hospital & dying.. so in short her spousal application was being denied when the husband died.... so what she must do sir.. please advice or respond.....thanks....have a good day...

the 461 visa is not a pathway to PR on its own. You still will need to find a way to get PR but at least you can get your foot in the door to Australia to get a job or study

If she has two years experience as an accountant then she can be sponsored for the 482 visa perhaps after the 485 visa and then it is possible for the company to sponsor for PR using the 186 visa. Of course there are many requirements for these visas so check our website to read first and then if need help book a time to consult with us.
