This video just exemplifies Dulli as a man of brutally honest levels of integrity who doesn't fuck around. It shows in his music too, he could've probably sold the Whigs out to be one of the biggest bands of the 90s, but he chose to be himself. Saw these guys in Melbourne last night. I'm still feeling emotional about what I experienced. The soul in their music just does things that other mammoth 90s rock acts didn't even come close to. Devilish Sexy Slithery Soul meets Alt. Rock.

They’re all superb. Gentlemen, Black love and 1965. On another level. Syncopated soul grunge (or something). Looks like the crowd didn’t deserve them lol. Actually congregation is a master piece too. An interesting one to listen too is “up in it” it’s an early one that hits hard like grungy punk rock but you can see their love of soul music beginning to emerge. Fucking awesome.
