my problem was a PO error that would not clear, fan at the back bottom would turn on/off. I followed this video and the patch cable fixed it, gonna order a new MB for 250$ vs a new fridge! thanks man!

Buenas q tal saludos tengo un problema q en el frizer no funciona la ventiladora y lleva todo el arnes lo d la ficha ventiladora y sensor pero no funciona vrntilador sera el sensor q ase q funciine es de 3 puertas

I have the same exact fridge same problem and there it was same thing bad board I looked every where in how to troubleshoot it finally found it little late but you’re right on the money thank you for sharing.

Thank you the start relay was the issue on my whirlpool French door refrigerator. I had 120 volts at leads going to relay. Replaced and working like new. Thanks again.

Great work must have been one of those relay gone bad cause when you plugged the fridge on after replacing the new board I heard the relay click good job

Hi, I have this model and today my freezer is cold but fridge doesn’t seem to be cooling. Any advice?

Have the same fridge with the same issue in the refrigerator compartment not able to get colder than 40°. The freezer is where it’s suppose to be at 0° no issues, the Icemaker works intermittently (have tried replacing 3X with same results) the compressor kicks on normally. Any ideas I’d appreciate it ?

The blue wire is the wire that brings power from the board to the compressor

The control board is super expensive. Could you just leave the jumper wire as is so you don't have to buy a new board?
