Hunting a few spots looking for a shooter buck, then finding a tree I've hunted for 5 years is loaded to the gills with acorns and the sign is fresh!

Johnnie, do you use cameras? If so I would put one at that creek crossing to see if that buck shows up frequently. They really help a lot but I know it's hard on public land,lots of thieves out there! Good videos keep em coming! Thanks for your time.

I shoot the 2" 100gr swhacker and have killed about 8-10 deer with em, absolutely devestating! Blades do sometimes bend but have had quite a few deer run 15-20yds then stop to look around,as if they are trying to figure out what just happened then stumble and crash.love it when they go down within sight!

Shit u see 20 deer in one morning. I’m lucky if I see two deer all season. And that’s a lot of weekends in public land. I’m outside if Chattanooga Tn. Trying to get my son in his first deer. @@CatmanOutdoors when you do make sure you have a down wind shot they usually try to come in that way but i guess everybody that calls figures that out but i also use 2 or 3 different grunt calls to make it sound like several deer. I also use a squeeze type squirrel call to bump on my leg when does are trying to figure out what i am most times they just walk away without blowing.
