Wow! The rear axle looks amazing! Love seeing it coming along nicely! I have been replacing these bushings last year but on left side only, Need to finish the rest but working without a decent lift is so paiful😂. Cheers!

That is looking very nice! I would love to see the MOT inspectors face when Monica rolls onto their ramp and they see the awesomeness underneath! I'm betting they take photos to show mates. Rear wheel arch is smaller than the one in the front, so the car might still be in balance though it's not looking like it. Don't mind the gap between the wheel and arch, just watch that the skirtline is straight and balanced.

We're not going to do anything till we've sorted the wheels and tyres out. Could be a combination of smaller tyre/narrower wheel making it look off at the mo....we'll update!

Guys I have used an airline pressure regulator with a modified master cylinder reservoir cap that has a 6mm quick release airline fitting in it. Same fitting on regulator. The regulator connected to workshop air as normal. Using no more than 2psi you will pressure bleed really easily. I have tried both systems you have suggested and they are not good enough. If you want pictures message me and I’ll send one over. All you need then is a drain hose and catch pots. And is a one person job👍

Awesome work! I prefer the wheel offset to go in more and a smaller wheel on the 240.

I noticed my bumpstops for the rear axle is much longer, bottoming out out small speed bumps. It was a 2 seater van converted to normal wagon, do you think they had different bump stops?
