I have a question for Familytreedna concerning the Big Y-700 I bought a Big Y-700 DNA test for my brother so he could learn more about his biological fathers lineage surprisingly he has 0 matches he has one haplogroup match that is in South Africa but the South African haplogroup match does not show in his Big Y matches and that's a problem! It shouldn't matter if you're haplogroup matches are from the same country they should show who they are in your Big Y matches which defeats the purpose of taking the Big Y-700 DNA test!

Forcing people to pay to access their own raw data is a shame, you are afraid of open databases and people transferring their BAM.
