In the episode of "The Great Dime Chase" in ducktales 2017, on Gyro's evil and good list it states cogs within the list. This is most likely just a reference but I find it very interesting.

There’s a reference in the duck tales new show where gyro looks down at his failed inventions on his clip board and one of them is cogs and the creators said they did that on propose great to see Disney at last remembers toon town lol.

Also, I really wonder why TTR chose Doctor Surlee to play the role of the new "Gyro". The guy who was paired with Doctor Dimm constantly in TTO. Why not Professor Prepostera, the guy that was clearly the head of the trio? This also makes me wonder, why'd Toontown Offline pair Prepostera with Dimm in the Prologue? And this makes me wonder more, will Prepostera and Dimm get trading cards, or will Surlee get all of the glory?

Hey guys, can you help with the TTR ARG that might be related to my theory of Surlee actually being another name for Gyro? After all, Surlee was the only one who knew Doodles, and those were only in Online, so he could be Gyro teleporting to TTR

Doctor Surlee is an orange monkey who works for Loony Labs along with Doctor Dimm and Professor Prepostera in Toontown. Gyro Gearloose is a chicken who works with Scrooge McDuck in Duckburg. I highly doubt Surlee is Gyro, or that Surlee's name has anything to do with Gyro's name.

I remember reading that the TTR team said Surlee was Gyro's legacy rewritten, so toon rewrites and renames are a thing, connect the dots, also the TTR ARG thing only might be related, the Toonfest mine light looks exactly like morse
