Quick and easy! Homemade bread in under 2 hours!
This is my favorite recipe for rolls. It is a simple and straight forward recipe and the rolls turn out incredible every time. I use these for hamburgers, hot dogs, sandwiches or just as dinner rolls.

I love your idea of using the prep bowl to need in. Never thought about something so simple! I would also like to hear about any other you tubers you enjoy watching! Thanks for the great info.... You are helping so many!

These look great. I already have a WW recipe I use that is no knead (have to because I have arthritis) but I found some really good tips here. The shaping of the dough and I especially liked what you said about adding the WW flour first. I will definitely use that advice. Thanks!

Thank you for the great recipe, these are so easy and tasty! My family loved them and I love that I can get a good amount out of the recipe. I would love to add your recipe to my Pinterest board, but you don't have that option yet, I hope you do soon because this recipe is amazing!

***** I am not a bread baker either but these buns are so easy and turn out great. These would be great with some of your famous bbq. Pulled pork sandwich sounds so good right now with the snow on the ground!

Cookfor mykids I have considered it. She eats nearly the same as what we eat for dinner and fruit for snacks. Perhaps I will try a week of toddler meals video.

The liked the tray you used to put the cookie tray on before putting it in microwave so it’s right above the water pan. Where can I get the tray from?

Thanks for the recipe.. We never bake bread in India as we make chapattis or Rotis which is our daily bread but we do buy bread and buns from stores.. so will try this Which yeast do you use or any dry yeast will do...

So tonight we made burgers on the grill and had to run to the store for hamburger buns and I was thinking that if I made my own (I love making bread! But only make a traditional loaf for sandwiches and snacking. And I make my own pizza dough because I will never go back to store bought 😂) that we wouldn't have to run to the store to buy burger buns. I know in one of your food prep videos (I think) you made some buns for freezer storage. Do you put them in the freezer before the initial rise, then let them thaw/rise for baking? And does that change the texture of the buns?

Yes, for this recipe there is only 1 rise, after shaping. I love this recipe it always turns out soft and perfect no matter what, frozen or fresh. They can be thawed and baked in about 1-2 hours if you thaw/rise them in hot steamy microwave (have you seen my tip on that?)

+Katie Cooks and Crafts ok, thanks!! And I did see your tip on that! Smart!! I usually let my bread rise in the oven (off of course) never thought of doing your way. I always get a small thin skin on my loaves and pizza dough (even though I always roll them around in olive oil) and didn't know how to combat that. I'll have to try your way next time. Thanks for the reply!!

You don't need to have a microwave. Just put them somewhere warm and draft free.

I made this without egg and i steam the bun for like 3 min on the boiling steamer without the lid .. cover the bun with napkin and turn off the stove.. just let the left steam heat the bun

I have no idea, sorry. I think it would be best to make a recipe that calls for coconut flour.... or experiment then report back here with your results. Good luck

why to put both honey n salt....and any alternative to olive oil.....

Gargi Sharma The honey and salt are for flavor. You can use other oil or melted butter in place of olive oil, but the olive oil gives a nice flavor

i tried it tasted so so so ym... wid whole wheat flour....i freezed all other bread and daily eat in breakfat but dear, in last mints the bun for burger got hard why? :( it wasnt soft but v tasty but like a rusk i exactly followed ur steps

All yeast needs to rise is a decently warm environment. lust leave it out, covered, on your counter for maybe an extra 309 minutes is it is kinda cold in your house.
