I agree! Ruth very strongly favors a dear friend of mine who has passed on. I don’t know if that is why I feel such a kinship with her or not, but Ruth, herself, is very personable and engaging, and DOES make you feel like you are there hanging out as she goes through her day.

Good morning! At age 68 I too have returned to school as a school bus driver. I really enjoy the driving and the children, so I don't mind seeing school beginning again. So many helpful tips throughout your video makes it easy to follow your recipes successfully. For instance, taking care to go slowly adding the flour and adding it in small increments with good kneading tips. Thanks so much! I always look forward to your videos and seeing your beautiful family. Have a great day!

I made your hamburger buns yesterday reducing the amounts to small enough so I could make them in my breadmaker's dough setting. THESE ARE FABULOUS❣️ I shared with my next door neighbor, who shared with her best friend and now your recipe (the smaller amount version) is very popular in my senior apartments complex. I've given out your YT name too. I can't thank you enough!! The smaller recipe made 2 hamburger buns, 2 hot dog buns, and 2 fried breads or scones. Just enough for a 1 person household!! ❤💃🥰😁

Thank you for this video. I have been wanting to try to make hamburger buns and it looks not difficult at all. Ruth I enjoy watching your videos for several reasons. First of all they are calm. After the craziness out in the world this calm is pleasing. Secondly, I have been learning so much about cooking. I have made bread on and off during my 66 years and I have never felt like I was doing well. Thank you for your calm voice and easy instructions to help me through. Thirdly, I have appreciated your canning knowledge. My garden is in great abundance this year and I am enjoying processing my food. Fourth, I like watching your videos because your family shows love to each other. I stopped watching tv at least a year ago because the violence was overwhelming. Thank you! Your addition onto your home will be such a help for you and your family and I will definitely be watching what you create out there. Have the best day. God's blessings to each of you.

@@janfelshaw8217 your correct, I can practice watching her videos and replaying them, I might just give it another try. The last time I tried making rolls was at thanksgiving, they wouldn’t rise so I had to make a trip to Walmart and get some brown and serve rolls!!! I remember my grandma making the best cobblers now I wish I had paid attention. She rolled the dough put on bottom of pan then fruit and she would use whatever dough she had left and cut strips and put them on top. I’ve seen anyone make cobblers that way anymore.
