Thank you, Sarah, for this video. Is it possible to create this using only Canva? It is a bit overwhelming for a beginner like myself to learn all the tools you use in this video and also to cut down on cost because most of the tools you use cost money.

Thank you Sarah. Super useful! Quick question: how does one avoid similarities with other designs already on sale? I know it is a "long shot" for AI to recreate to exact designs, but still, is there an easier method than just browsing Etsy to check the designs? Thank you and keep posting that great content.

Sara. Can u pls p.m. me I have a general but direct question for you Pls.
@TheJanet43215 ай бұрын
You don't get the amount of money from Amazon that you're saying. You just get the profit beyond the cost of the t-shirt. For example, one month, I had a design that sold great - lucked out - sold about 70. I made about a $4/shirt profit above the cost of the shirt. You should give people that information, not MISINFORMATION. They will NOT get the entire $17.99 for a shirt that sells for that amount.

Hey Sarah I really like everything you share with us on these videos. You are a true pro at it unlike myself who doesn't even have the confidence to get this going part of the reason is because the market right now is saturated with AI content and that is discouraging!
@WholesaleTed6 ай бұрын
Thank you. Something I think that is good to keep in mind though is the market is not "saturated" with ai products, because it can't be. It's impossible for it to be. Ai is simply a tool to help you create products. Saturation is a niche problem, it isn't an AI problem. Some niches are more "saturated" than others. Even then, all that means is that those niches are more competitive than others, not that they are saturated in the sense they can't be broken into. It just means the standard for product creation in those niches is higher. It just means in those niches customers have more choices so only sell in them if you think the products you create, with or without ai, are better than what exists. If you don't think you can create products better than the competition in competitive niches, pick less competitive niches. 🙏

I want to say Midjourney gives you the option of creating images strictly for your own use even for selling as a digital image, which is the most restrictive license for most content creators. Why don’t you remove the background directly in Canva as you use it then ? It’s faster than using 2 apps.
@WholesaleTed6 ай бұрын
Because I wanted to remove my background before upscaling, and its actually faster to remove the background in Adobe, rather than with Canva, as they didn't have an upscaler while filming this video. It's quicker to use Canva if you're already designing a picture in it, but since I needed to do more to the image, it was faster to use Adobe. Canva's background remover is actually fairly slow, my guess is it's just a server issue.

@DanSpel6 ай бұрын
Then either you pre-pay your credit card to have a positive balance anticipating your sales volume or request additional credit from your lending institution or bank. The printing company will not fulfill your order if not paid upfront. Etsy usually also holds customer payments for a certain time period before remitting them back to you so you really need a start up fund to operate your business until the transactions are running smoothly.

Except your "secret step" doesn't work. In your video the distressed background is also applied to the transparent areas (little dark splotches all over the gray/white)......
@WholesaleTed5 ай бұрын
Yes, this works. Yes, the same effect is applied to the transparent background as you have visually seen, but because the background is transparent already, it is irrelevant - there is no color to remove. Therefore, while it is applied to the entire canvas, it is only relevant to the areas that actually have color. You can try it for yourself, for free, to see that yes this works 🙏
