As an autistic ADHD staying well regulated and at peace can be difficult. With physical disability in the mix it can feel like a constant battle to be OK. So I've been working on making small, positive changes which can impact my wellbeing and are sustainable. In this cosy video I'm talking about and showing some of these routines.
