I got my interview date and pre-screening appointment but we have mistakes on our DS-260 forms and it appears that one of us doesn’t have the DS-260 form but it appears are paid and not available. What could be the problem with that???

Thank GOD I uploaded all the documents required as sponsor and submitted..I didn’t quit uploading it kept trying then done.. But my concern now is my husband (the principal applicant the payment still “IN PROCESS” atty.is that normal? Because i paid the affidavit of support and IV the same day mine was done submitted Nov.09.until when we need to wait to update the IV into “PAID”? It’s been 12 days paid Atty.

We applied for K1 visa on 23rd February.Our case was approved on 23rd August and NVC transfer was done on 7th October.On 16th October we made a public inquiry and on 21st October we got the case number.Please guide. How long will our case be ready? Thank you

One thing to add if the case is documentarily qualified you are not to worry about case being terminated by the nvc

Thank you for this video. There’s an issue with my page with uploading documents… I uploaded all my documents and had it accepted and been DQ but still shows incomplete when I open my page to check. Instead of showing completed it shows incomplete… which means I have to submit a document but it also shows I’m DQ. Any idea?

@ i don’t remember how long it took but if all the documents are intact it shouldn’t take a month. They should DQ you in 3 weeks if everything is submitted and accepted

Atty. I have still issue uploading my documents.error “INVALID IMAGE DETECTED”, pdf exceeded 4mb even the pdf already compressed and lower than 4mb. @ranjeetadiol4955 From my experience, it would at least 3 months before the status says accepted. Once it is reviewed, then it will change to accepted, and you will be able to upload the other necessary documents. Note that you will need to ensure that all documents that you are uploading are what they are requesting. If not, you will have a delay on every error that is made. Hello, I am a USC petitioning IR5 for my mom from China, my case has been DQ since July, and got skipped for 2 rounds of interview letter. Sibling cases usually take longer than other categories. It's usually advisable to use a different route.
