You missed a very easy fix - the lint filter in the dryer. Many people do not clean theirs every time the dry clothes and this leads to not enough air getting in to the dryer. It should be the first thing checked.

Yes, i stop my dryer mid cycle and empty out of the lint filter works well to dry in one cycle
