Hello! What is the reasoning behind keeping the elbow at 30 deg? Thanks!

You are making incredibly sweeping statements by saying that exercise doesn’t cause tightness. Do you know how much pain I’m in everyday? Every single day my traps feel like they’re in fire. I’ve seen so many fucking professionals and not a single one of them has a clue what’s going on. It’s so hard to keep trying and keep going because I’m always in pain 24/7.

First off, we say exercise that is at the proper dosage for that point in time. Secondly, how would anyone that doesn't know you, have any idea what you are experiencing? Based off your comment you are likely to keep doing the same thing, expecting different results. If you are unable to or unwilling to reframe the problem and realized it isn't black and white, it is unlikely to find resolution of your symptoms

@ it’s easier to make some bullshit video that it is to read your comments and respond to your clients and the people who actually come to your clinics and what not and deal with this pain on a daily basis, it’s so easy for you to make a video about a quick exercise when many of these people are dealing with serious problems. Why do you think the UnitedHealthcare ceo got killed last month? Because the health industry doesn’t give a shit generally in the United States about anyone. Healing actually requires people ask questions about what’s going on with their clients.
