Hype is why steel watches are more expensive . Precious metals and luxury go hand in hand unlike Steel IMHO

They aren’t they are a base model the cheapest watches you can buy that’s what attracted all the melts and the secondary dealers saw an opportunity & pushed the prices up they are worthless. You don’t see people wearing stainless steel diamond rings do you? It’s base metal it’s mass produced cheap non precious metal it’s worthless
