One of my favorite things Max ever said that points to how he decipher situations is when he stated " I Don't Care if its popular or not I Am Going To Tell You What I See" its blasphemous how society acts and pretend like humans don't register the same emotions when pressure is applied, thus this situation. Youre in the heat of the moment a fight just broke out youre being attacked by 3guys while the first guy who started it is still pursuing you trying to harm you, How can anyone victimize you for acting on impulse to protect yourself. I understand the high road but in the midst of it all how can you blame a guy for reacting to all the variables that took place even after masons helmet is off. At that point it's clear myles is seeing red, especially when that someone else is being the aggressor, the initiator. Honestly both Mason and Myles is responsible like Max has stated but acting like Garret is this despicable man here and that he deserves more than just suspension or that this is all on him is so lopsided that it's ridiculous. Everybody has there POV but how can you be honest with yourself and claim Mason is the victim when all he did was lose the battle he CHOSE !? That's all max is getting at stop ignoring the whole story from beginning to end choosing the moments you want to highlight to make your point thats not even thoroughly valid. Half truths and analysis are still considered false if you wont account for the whole story 🤷🏽‍♂️. But i know, I'm just part of the minority on these type of things so, just to say i agree with Max which is hardly ever the first time 🤣 He's an acquired taste but his ability to have a standpoint/viewpoint but still is able to see a situation from multiple standpoints rather he agrees with it or not is something a lot of folk lack the ability to do. A deadly instrument is anything that you can use as a weapon to cause an individual serious harm or injury. Myles garret intent was to harm him and seriously injure him. It doesn’t matter about all the fight . When you take a item capable of hurting someone seriously and you with purpose try to use that item to do that. It’s assault 2 felony. So yea see you in court the fight they had doesn’t even matter it’s all about the helmet and what his intentions were with it. I'm not fully on Max's side but he did open up something i didn't think about which is that Rudolph started it. I still think Myles should be gone for the rest of the season because of the danger that swing posed to Mason but I think Mason should be suspended for 2-3 games for keeping the fight going. I also think the o-lineman who was just punching and kicking Myles, Pouncy I think it was, should be suspended a couple games cause that's not how you should handle it especially when one of your teammates is restraining him like that
